Refund and Cancellation Policy

At mathsbydpsir.in, we strive to deliver high-quality digital learning experiences. Since our products are digitally delivered recorded courses, please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully:

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on mathsbydpsir.in are final and non-refundable. Once a course is purchased and access is granted, we do not offer refunds, regardless of usage or completion status.

2. Cancellation Policy

As we provide instant access to digital content, cancellation is not possible after payment is completed.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional cases:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.

• Payment deducted but course access not granted within 24 hours and no response from support within 48 hours.

In such cases, please write to us at support@mathsbydpsir.in within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:

• Full Name

• Registered Email ID

• Transaction ID / Payment Receipt

• Issue Description

If eligible, refunds (only for valid exceptions) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
